— The American Red Cross Northeast Region has activated its family tracing services for missing loved ones in relation to the current conflict in Ukraine.

There may be a delay in services due to the current security situation and migration. Individuals may be moving quickly from one location to the next.

If you are trying to locate a non-U.S. citizen and had been in regular contact with the missing loved one prior to the conflict, please contact Adrian Grieve, NEPA Regional Disaster and Program Officer, at 610-375-4383. You must know the last known address of the individual, including the district and province.

If you are trying to locate a U.S. citizen, call the U.S. Departments of State, Office of Overseas Citizens Services at 1-888-407-4747.

Michele J. Baehr is executive Director of the Poconos, Wayne Pike office and may be reached at 570-476-3800.
