    The Powerball lottery ticket line snaked through the Milford Turkey Hill store Wednesday afternoon as the interstate jackpot rose to $340 million. “It’s been like this all day,” said clerk Steve Swinton. “I didn’t know about it until I came in. The amount drew me in ,” said ticket buyer, April Walz “If it’s meant to be, it will happen,” said another smiling woman as left with her tickets in hand.
