Frank Carrozza signs with Coe College

Delaware Valley senior wrestler Frank Carrozza, on of Kim Carrozza of Dingmans Ferry, signed with Coe College, Division III. At DV, he was a captain on the wrestling team and a league and district champion. He plans on majoring in physical education at Coe College.
