Creative writing club at the library
Milford. Discuss your own writing and pick up some tips.
Did you know the Pike County Public Library hosts a regular creative writing club? That’s right, the Blue Fox Creative Writing Group meets at the Milford branch on the second Saturday of each month from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the fourth Thursday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m.
The club is for adults 18 and older and provides a way for folks to get together with fellow writers in the community to discuss ideas and current writings in a judgement free zone. No registration is required.
The library will also be holding a “Beat the Winter Blues” luau on Jan. 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Milford branch. Grab your Hawaiian shirts and dream of a tropical paradise, with crafts, fun, and treats for children ages 5 to 12. Registration is preferred.
