Delaware Township to hold tree lighting ceremony

The Delaware Township Recreation Committee is inviting all residents to kick off the holiday season with its second annual tree lighting ceremony, set to take place November 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. at 116 Wilson Hill Road.

This family-friendly event will include hot chocolate and cookies at 5 p.m. Then at 6 p.m. get ready for a visit from Santa, who will oversee the official tree lighting. There also just may be a special guest along with Santa! Families will have the opportunity to take photos with Santa, but be sure to bring your own camera. This free event is open to everyone.
