Garden Club to hold Sunday tea party

You are cordially invited to attend a traditional afternoon tea luncheon on Sunday, September 22 at 1 p.m. at the Best Western Hunts Landing Hotel, (120 Route 6/209, Matamoras), sponsored by the Milford Garden Club. Tickets are $40 per person, and may be purchased at The Willow Shop at 317 Broad St. in Milford. Checks and cash are accepted. You can also mail checks to The Milford Garden Club, PO Box 764, Milford, PA 18337. Please include your name, address, and phone number.

You do not have to be a member of the Garden Club to attend. All are welcome to enjoy the elegance of a typical afternoon tea service. Wear a fancy hat and bring along a beautiful tea cup, if you prefer using your own. Bring a friend! Proceeds of this event are earmarked for the scholarship fund, a scholarship awarded each year to a worthy local high school student.
