Hanna Q Dance Company announces ‘Spring Fling’

At 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, the Hanna Q Dance Company will be premiering Johanna LjungQvist-Brinson’s new choreographic work “Spring Fling” at The Stage in our Woods.

The evening will prove to be a unique experience, set in the beautiful woods in a glen with a rocky, wooded hill as a natural backdrop on the artistic director and her husband’s 200-year-old home and land. The dance company will be performing LjungQvist-Brinson’s new work, which is inspired by the importance of the human need to feel loved.

There will be a welcome reception before the performance and attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and stay after the performance for a casual “Grill Fest.”

The Stage in Our Woods is located at 1087 Milford Road in Dingmans Ferry.

Hanna Q Dance Company is a contemporary-modern dance company founded by the Swedish artistic director and choreographer Johanna LjungQvist-Brinson (Hanna Q) in May 2013.
