It’s no “secret” that for the last 28 summers, the Milford Garden Club has sponsored a Secret Garden Tour.
On Saturday, July 15, members will staff nine local gardens which are gems in their own right. In and around Milford and nearby locations, these gardens are unique and spirited and reflect the character of each of their owners.
“It is such a pleasure to showcase these works of natural beauty,” chair Valerie Brairton said. “The homeowners take great pride in their gardens with a variety of plantings and overall design. They proudly share their labors of love.”
The Tour begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 on the day of the Tour. Tickets can be purchased at Willow, located at 317 Broad St., Milford, or the Artisan Exchange at 219 Broad St.
To purchase tickets in advance, send a check to Milford Garden Club, PO Box 764, Milford, PA 18337. Requests must be received no later than July 6 but can be picked up after 9:00 a.m. on the day the day of the Tour at Remembrance Place at West Ann Street and Elderberry Alley.
