The O.C. International Play Festival is presenting, “You Don’t Need a Weatherman to Know Which Way the Wind Blows: Seven short plays about climate and the environment,” at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, and Sunday, Aug. 19, at Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center.
