According to Scholaroo’s Halloween Costume Index -a study that analyzes the most popular costumes from coast to coast- the most popular costume in Pennsylvania this year is the Cat Costume. Angel costumes ranked second, and pirate costumes were third. Witches, pirates, clowns and Spiderman ranked first in numerous other states. Cheerleaders and princesses had top rankings in a few states.
