Start With Hello Week returns to DVE

Start With Hello Week, part of the national non-profit organization Sandy Hook Promise, is a call-to-action event for schools and youth organizations dedicated to kindness, inclusion, and making connections. Its aim is to raise awareness about social isolation and educate students and the community on how to prevent it. School Counselor Matt Adelfio and Art teacher Danielle Zito once again facilitated the annual Delaware Valley Elementary School Start With Hello Week (September 19th – September 23rd) through in-class discussions and a school-wide banner composed of individual artworks from students in grades K – 5th grade.
