Joseph P. Loughney III of Milford Township graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Unity Environmental University on May 11, 2024. Loughney graduated with a major in conservation law enforcement. He is currently working for the Pennsylvania State Game Commission.
Loughney is the son of Joseph and Theresa Loughney and a graduate of Delaware Valley Senior High School.
