David A. Runnalls of Matamoras died March 24, 2025, at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was 67 years old.
The son of Raymond and Susan Runnalls, he was born on July 29, 1957, in Port Jervis, N.Y.
Dave was a man who lived life with humor and a love for his grandchildren.
An avid outdoorsman, he found joy in fishing — whether on open water or through the ice — and cherished time spent in nature, especially at the beach.
As a proud member of the Red Knights Motorcycle Club, Dave embraced the freedom of the open road and the camaraderie of his fellow riders.
Known for his playful spirit, he was a jokester at heart, always bringing laughter with his mischievous yet kind-hearted sense of fun.
Dave’s warmth, humor and love for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents Dave was predeceased in life by his sister Kathleen Irwin.

Devoted father of Daniel Conklin with his wife Alicia, Amanda White with her husband Michael, Ashley Williams with her husband Brian, Brad Foster with his wife Marilyn and Christopher Foster with his wife Lyndsay. Cherished grandfather of Brittany, Kiersten, Layla, Emma and Isabelle.
A graveside service took place March 29 at Pine Hill Cemetery in Sparrowbush, N.Y.
