Gloster James Lovelady

Gloster James Lovelady, Jr. of Milford, Pa., passed away at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022. He was 69 years old.

The son of the late Gloster James and Katherine E. (Burger) Lovelady, Sr., he was born on Dec. 22, 1952, in Queens, N.Y.

He was a devout member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Dingmans Ferry, Pa, and was active in his community, always helping in any way he could.

Gloster was known for his carpentry work, having made his craft, his career. You could always find him working on a project.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kathleen T. Lovelady on Oct. 18, 2011. Gloster leaves behind his children, Samantha Lovelady and Ryan Lovelady.

Cremation was private at convenience to the family at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford Twp., Pa. Final interment will be at River Bend Cemetery, Westerly, R.I., where he will join his beloved wife.
