    Joy Ann Mosteller of Dingmans Ferry died on Monday, Aug. 24, 2015, at home. She was 73.

    Daughter of the late Robert A. and Martha E. (DeGroat) Kymer, she was born on Dec. 22, 1941, in Newton, N.J.

    She was a retired laundress for Bristol Glen Nursing Home in Newton, N.J.

    Survivors include her husband, Roger A. Mosteller; daughter, Dawn DeVilliers and husband, David, of Dingmans Ferry; sons, Roger Mosteller Jr., Jeffrey Mosteller and wife, Cheri, Matthew Mosteller and Teri Boniface, all of Dingmans Ferry; sister, Sharon Malson of Lexington, N.C.; five grandchildren, Kimberly Crowell, Ryan Mosteller, Amanda DeVilliers, Megan Mosteller, and Kristen DeVilliers; and one great-grandson, Maddox Wright.

    She was predeceased by a daughter, Janette Ann Mosteller.

    Visitation was scheduled for 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Aug. 27, at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford St., Milford. A service will be held at the funeral home at noon on Aug. 27, with the Rev. Luana Cook-Scott officiating.

    Burial at Delaware Cemetery in Dingmans Ferry will be private and at the convenience of the family.
