Major General William Clark Norris, 98, of Niceville, Florida, passed away peacefully at The Manor at Bluewater Bay, Niceville, on November 4, 2024.

His military decorations and awards include the Air Force Cross, Distinguished Service Medal, Silver Star, Distinguished Flying Cross with oak leaf cluster, Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal with 12 oak leaf clusters, Air Force Commendation Medal, and Army Commendation Medal.
In addition to his professional achievements, Major General Norris was a devoted family man and an avid golfer and lover of all sports. He was preceded in death by his dear wife Marcie, his grandson Justin Selle, and many other dear friends and family members.
