Back to school at Shohola Elementary

“Welcome to the sixth grade!” was the greeting Mrs. Fazzino gave to her new students on the first day of school at Shohola Elementary. This is the first year that sixth grade students will be attending classes at Shohola in the newly finished first floor of the building. There are five, sixth grade classrooms, two, fifth grade classrooms, and one reading room at the garden level. Both students and staff are very excited about the addition of the eight new classrooms. The first day of school was exciting for everyone. The students were anxious to see old and new friends as well as their new classrooms. The staff at Shohola Elementary is confident that the 2006-2007 school year will be a huge success. (Contributed photo)
