Davis R. Chant Realtors announces top 2024 agents

Pete Helms, owner/broker of Davis R. Chant Realtors, awarded the top agents for 2024 at a dinner at Gresham’s Chophouse on January 20.
Topping the list was Bridget Gelderman, with a sales volume of over $20.8 million over the year. Gelderman, who joined Chant’s Lake Wallenpaupack office in 2013, has been in the top 10 of all agents in the Pike/Wayne MLS every year for the past seven years.
The Top Team Award for the year went to the father/son duo of Eric and Brett Ehrhardt. The Ehrhardts successfully closed nearly $17 million in sales volume during 2024.
