Hometown Healthcare of Port Jervis announces grand opening
Port Jervis. The open house will be held March 9.

Tri-state residents will now be able to access comprehensive primary care services under one roof. Hometown Healthcare of Port Jervis (HHPJ), a primary care provider founded and operated by Rose Little, FNP-C, has opened its doors and will host a grand opening for the community on March 9.
After six months of renovations, the location at 32 Ball Street will welcome patients. According to the company’s announcement, the revitalized facility features expanded spaces and equipment supporting individuals with varying mobility needs, and an on-site laboratory. HHPJ also offers extended hours (evenings and Saturdays), same-day/walk-in appointments, online scheduling, telemedicine, and a patient portal for convenience.
Health care services include routine check-ups, sick visits, chronic disease management, minor procedures, non-obstetric women’s health care (i.e. pap smears, breast exams), and health education. Spanish-speaking staff is also available.
“Hometown Healthcare of Port Jervis is more than just a primary care provider. We aim to foster a healthier, more connected tri-state where every patient feels at home,” said Little. “Opening HHPJ was and continues to be a personal journey propelled by my commitment to serve the community in which I live and raise my children. This means more than providing medical services. It’s about building lasting relationships and creating a space where every resident feels supported and valued.”
Little holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Villanova University. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and a registered nurse in New York. The tri-state community is invited to meet her and tour the facility during HHPJ’s grand opening on Sunday, March 9 from 3 to 5 p.m.
