Port Jervis. The new Urgent Care facility is open daily starting at 8 a.m.
Middletown Medical has a new location right in Port Jervis, 100 Pike Street. The new urgent care facility had its ribbon cutting ceremony on February 14, which featured Port Jervis Mayor Dominic Cicalese, Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden, city councilmembers Maria Mann and Stanley Siegel, Port Jervis Councilman at Large Michael Hockenberry, Corey Deixler of Bon Secours, and representatives from various county and state government officers.
Dr. Rajan Gulati, founder of Middletown Medical, helped to open this new location in Port Jervis. Dr Kaitlyn Simpson and Amanda Hansen, both members of the community, also had a hand in bringing this health center to the Port Jervis community.
The Urgent Care is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Urgent Care center offers diagnosis and treatment of non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries. Commonly treated conditions include flu, upper respiratory tract infections, COVID, ear ache, UTIs, STDs, minor lacerations, abdominal pain, sprains and strains, fractures, sore throat, dehydration, back pain, minor burns, rashes, allergies, mild asthma, etc. When necessary, patients can be referred for additional services at other Middletown Medical locations to provide additional care within the organization. The Urgent Care center also includes IV hydration and medication, an onsite mini-laboratory, CT Scan, and X-Ray. All ages are welcome. Patients may walk in or pre-register online at middletownmedical.com to reserve their spot. They accept most local insurance plans, with payment plans available.
