Realtor to host free first-time home buyer’s seminar

Are you thinking about buying your first home and weighing the pros and cons of doing so? If so, stop by Weichert, Realtors-Ruffino Real Estate this month for its free first-time home buyer’s seminar to learn more about the benefits of home ownership.

The seminar will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 18, at the Weichert affiliate’s Milford office at 406 West Hartford Street.

Licensed real agents will offer participants a glimpse into the benefits of home ownership as well as ways to minimize the stress of buying a new home. A representative from Family First Lending will also be at the seminar to answer questions about the financing aspects of home ownership.
