The Dingman Delaware Elementary School PTA’s Reflections local level winners are back to front, left to right. Visual Arts category: McKenzie McNamara, Justin Knoepfel, Deanna Puglisi, Dylan Arrabito, Jessica Palmadessa. The Reflections theme for 2006 - 2007 is “My Favorite Place.” The local level winners’ entries have been sent to the council level for further judging. Designed to enhance rather than replace a quality arts education, Reflections provides opportunities for students to express themselves and to receive positive recognition for their artistic efforts.
