    of Judge Joseph Kameen Milford - On Aug. 24, defendants who earlier pleaded guilty and were sentenced included: • Edward Bethel, 42, of Hamlin, for March, 2005 charge of driving under the influence, in Palmyra and Greene townships, was fined $1,500 and sentenced to serve five days to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Eugene Janowski, 30, of Marshalls Creek, for a July, 2005 charge of recless endangerment in Lehman Township, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Jaime Rivas III, 18, of Dingmans Ferry, for an Aug. 2005 charge of possession of a controlled substance in Lehman Township, was fined $600 and sentenced to one year of probation. • Maureen Cardoso, 40, of Dingmans Ferry, for 2005 charges including, theft, burglary, retail theft, forgery, and ID theft at various places in Pike and Wayne counties, was fined $9,000, ordered to pay $23,000 in restitution and sentenced to serve 2.5 to 5 years in state prison.
