MILFORD - Persons who had pleaded guilty and were sentenced on June 29 included: Britt Christener, 60, of Newfoundland, for Oct. 2005 charges including Driving Under the Influence in Greene Township, was fined $1,500 and sentenced to serve 90 days to one year in the Pike County Jail. Paul Marciniak, 43, of New Jersey, for a June 2003 charge of Theft, in Greene Township, was fined $500 ordered to pay restitution of $500 and was sentenced to serve one to three years in state prison. Domenick Novello, 25, of Milford, for a Oct. 2005 charges of Reckless Endangerment and Criminal Mischief in Dingman Township, was fined $1,600 and was sentenced to serve up to one year in the Pike County Jail and six months probation. Gary Sabo, 46, of Bushkill, for Sept 2005 charges including Driving Under the Influence in Lehman Township, was fined $1,500, sentenced to serve 90 days to 18 months in the Pike County Jail and had his license suspended for 18 months. David VanWinkle, 34, of Bushkill, for a Sept. 2005 charge of Driving Under the Influence in Lehman Township, was fined $1,500, sentenced to serve one to three years in state prison and had his license suspended for 18 months. Scott Brennan, 19, of Milford, for Nov. 2005 charges of Theft from Motor Vehicle and Possession of Instruments of Crime in Milford Borough, was fined $600 and sentenced to two years probation. Michael Foit, 21, of Lords Valley, for a Nov. 2005 charge of Burglary in Lackawaxen Township, was fined $600 ordered to pay restitution of $2,700, and sentenced to serve 18 months to six years in state prison. Anthony Newman, 31, of Bayonne, N.J., for June 2005 charges including Reckless Endangerment in Greene Township, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to one year of probation. Brian Dougherty, 39, of Hamlin, for Jan. 2006 charges including Driving Under the Influence in Greene Township, was fined $2,500, sentenced to serve one to five years in state prison and had his license suspended for 18 months.
