Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen

Milford - On Aug. 17, defendants who earlier pleaded guilty and were sentenced included: • Christopher J. Mein, 45, of Milford, for Oct. 2005 charges of driving under the influence and simple assault in Dingman Township and Milford Borough, was fined $3,000, had his license suspended for 18 months, and was sentenced to serve one to three years in the Pike County Jail. • Joseph Moore, 19, of Newton, N.J., for a Feb. 2006 charge of simple assault in Lehman Township, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve 10 days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Laurie Rasha, 20, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for a Dec. 2005 charge of simple assault in Westfall Township, was fined $500 and sentenced to two years of probation. • Elayna Levy, 20, of State College, for Dec. 2005 charge of possession of drug paraphenalia in Westfall Township, was fined $500 and sentenced to one year of probation.
