Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen

MILFORD - On June 22, persons who had earlier pleaded guilty in cases before the court and were sentenced included: • Joseph Fiumano, 19, of Matamoras, for June, 2005 charges including Corruption of Minors and two counts of indecent assault in Matamoras, was fined $900, sentenced to nine months to three years in the Pike County Jail and ordered to have no further contact with children. • Brendan Kelly, 35, of Lake Ariel, for a Jan., 2006 charges of Driving Under the Influence and Careless Driving in Blooming Grove, was fined $1,025, sentenced 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail and had his operators license suspended for one year. • Jesse Lee Fotusky, 18, of Hawley, for a Nov., 2005 charge of Simple Assault in Palmyra Township, was fined $400, ordered to pay restitution, and sentenced to serve one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Bruce Andrews, 50, of Greentown, for Oct., 2005 charges including Driving Under the Influence, in Greene Township, was fined $525, sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail and had his license suspended for one year. • Lydia Searfoss, 54, of Hawley, for two July, 2005 charges of Delivery of Controlled Substances in Blooming Grove Township, ws fined $1,000, and sentenced to serve six months to one year in the Pike County Jail. • William J. Redmond, 24, of Hawley, for Nov., 2005 traffic charges in addition to Fleeing and Eluding Police in Palmyra Township, was fined $700, ordered to serve probation for one year, and had his license suspended for one year. • Robert Hutchinson, 21, of Dingmans Ferry, for Sept, 2005 accident involving damage in Delaware Township, was fined $500 and ordered to serve probation for six months.
