    MILFORD - On July 6, defendants who had earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: • Richard Genovesi, 42, of Dingmans Ferry, for an Aug. 2005 charge of criminal mischief in Delaware Township, was fined $500, sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to pay restitution. • Shawn Hull, 28, of Port Jervis, for a Aug., 2005 charges of theft and criminal mischief in Westfall Township, was fined $600, and sentenced to serve 14 to 36 months in state prison. • Justin Hauser, 20, of Cuddebackville, for Apr. 2005 charges of theft and criminal mischief in Matamoras Borough, was fined $500 and sentenced to 12 months to three years in the Pike County Jail, with state parole. • Daniel Brinkworth, 18, of Newfoundland, for a Dec. 2005 charge of harassment, in Greene Township, was fined $400 and sentenced to serve eight days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Michael Medici, 19, of Rockaway, N.J., for a Nov. 2005 charge of conspiracy, in Milford Borough, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve four to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Shannon Shields, 27, of Hawley, for Dec. 2005 charges of driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child in Blooming Grove Township, was fined $2,000, sentenced to serve one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and lose driving privileges for one year. • Thomas Smith, 21, of Milford, for an Oct. 2005 charge of possession of a controlled substance in Dingman Township, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Miguel Nesbeth, 19, of Milford, for an Oct. 2005 charge of criminal mischief in Dingman Towship, was fined $200, sentenced to 24 months probation and ordered to pay restitution of $1,382.60.
