Billboard company expands into Pike County

MATAMORAS — Encore Outdoor LLC, based in Wayne County, is now managing a highly visible interstate digital billboard in Matamoras.
This high-resolution 10 by 30 foot digital sign is located at 151 Reuben Bell Drive, at the former Big Wheel Skating Rink, and faces traffic traveling east on I-84. It is owned by Monet Advertising LLC of Milford.
This is Encore’s first digital billboard in Pike County and its first interstate location.
“Our continued growth in Pike County is a huge benefit to our customer base,” said Glenn Khoury, general manager and Co-Owner of Encore. “By partnering with Monet Advertising and adding this digital location, we can now offer affordable billboard advertising on the I-84 corridor in the busiest area of Pike County."
Since 2014, the locally owned and operated Encore Outdoor LLC has grown to eight digital faces and more than 50 static billboards on heavily travelled state and township roads in Pike, Wayne, and Lackawanna counties in Pennsylvania and Sussex County in New Jersey. Encore’s mission is to provide affordable, effective outdoor advertising to the small and medium-sized companies that represent 90 percent of businesses in northeast Pennsylvania and northwest New Jersey.
