Black Bear Film Fest to host BBQ fundraiser

MILFORD — On Saturday, Aug. 19, The Black Bear Film Festival will kick off its Black Bear BBQ fundraiser, gourmet style, at The Phoenix located on 898 US-209 in Dingmans Ferry. The fundraiser will begin at 6 p.m. with many exciting attractions to follow.
Bob Keiber, Black Bear executive director, said, “This is the only fundraiser we have, so we want to make it spectacular.”
Attendees will be treated to a three-course gourmet meal from Cowboy Chef Doug Kosh, wine and beer. There will be cowpoke games, lasso contest, cowpoke croquet tournament, live music by Brooklyn Judy and The Boys and more. Western attire is suggested.
Ticket prices are $50 with reservations and $60 at door. All tickets include 20 percent off The Phoenix Store.
