Business & Professional Women’s Club of Port Jervis announces executive committee
Port Jervis. The club also announced its annual tricky tray event to raise money for scholarships.
The Business & Professional Women’s Club of Port Jervis installed its 2024 Executive Committee at it’s monthly meeting January 17 at Two Rivers Grille.
Betsy Gardner installed Charlene Canale as president, Charlotte Van Hornas vice president, Deb Cassara as treasurer, and Patti-Lynn Decker as corresponding secretary. Charlene Canale then installed Betsy Gardner as recording secretary.
In its announcement, BPW also announced the details of its annual tricky tray event. The 21st annual “Stars of Tomorrow Tricky Tray” will be held March 9 at the Port Jervis High School. Doors open at noon, with calling sheduled for 2 p.m. (with a snow date of March 10). Admission is free. The pre-sale for door tickets will be March 2. Proceeds from the BPW’s Tricky Tray help fund its scholarship program, which was able to award 16 $1,500 scholarships to Port Jervis and Delaware Valley seniors and one adult continuing education scholarship.
