Dispositions in Pike County Court
Milford. Pike County District Attorney Raymond J. Tonkin announced the criminal sentences issued on April 5 by Pike County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Gregory Chelak.

Joseph G. Wimmer, 31, of Milford, Pa., was sentenced to a fine of $1,000 for the crime of Unsworn Falsification to Authorities. Wimmer failed to acknowledge an Aug. 5, 2015, conviction for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia when completing a Firearm License Application at the Pike County Sheriff’s Department in Milford on Aug. 28, 2020.
Michael Salvatore Carcaterra, 34, of Bushkill, Pa., was sentenced to 6 months of probation to run concurrent to his present sentence and a fine of $200 for the crime of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. During a home visit conducted by the Pike County Probation Office at Carcaterra’s residence in Lehman Township on Feb. 5, 2020, Carcaterra was found in possession of glassine packets, a glass pipe, rubber bands, and a plastic vial.
