MILFORD — Dollar General's foundation becoming a reality in last Thursday's deep freeze.
The bargain and discount store is rising next to the Milford Township building near the intersection of Routes 6 and 206.
The frigid temperatures did not stop Kobalt Construction from its mission, as its crew forged gamely ahead.
Dr. Mahmud sold one lot to Dollar General," Milford Township Secretary Viola Canouse told The Courier. She said it took about six months for the plans to work their way through the planning board and then gain the approval of the township board.
