The Dingman-Delaware Middle School Drama Club is eagerly preparing their newest production to present to the community. “The Wizard of Oz” tells the story of Dorothy Gale, a young Kansas farm girl, who is swept away by a tornado with her dog, Toto, and transported to the magical land of Oz. To return home, Dorothy must follow the Yellow Brick Road to Emerald City and find the Wizard of Oz. Along the way, she meets new friends, including a Scarecrow, a Tin Man, and a Cowardly Lion, who each have a wish for the Wizard to grant. However, Dorothy and her friends are also being pursued by the Wicked Witch of the West, who wants Dorothy’s ruby slippers.

Come enjoy the show, support the Drama Club and journey over the rainbow remembering that “the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true.”

Tickets are available online at DDMSDramaClub.org: $10 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets purchased at the door on the night of the show will be $12 for adults and $5 for students.
