Delaware Valley Elementary School’s Elise Armstrong, from Sabrina Schlenker’s kindergarten class, recently came onto the DVE-TV morning show. She earned enough points (positive behavior incentive points) to earn a spot on the morning show.
She told DVE-TV that she earned 50 points and wanted to be on the show because she loves learning and wants other students to do the same. She said she loves seeing the kindergartners carry the flag and lead the school for the Pledge of Allegiance every morning.
When asked how she earned those points, she said it was by listening to her teacher, and being respectful and responsible. After coming on the show, Armstrong was invited to stay on to exercise and dance with the reporters at the end of the show.
