DVHS students of the month announced for April

Delaware Valley High School recently released the names of its April Students of the Month. These students showed exceptional academic, vocational or athletic performance during the month of April and were recognized by the staff and administrators of the school.
That month’s theme was “grit.” Each of these students received a Delaware Valley Warrior Nation T-shirt from the administration and had their names displayed on the school announcement board during the month of May.
Student of the Month:
Monet Murante, grade 9, daughter of Tom and Kari Murante of Shohola.
Michael Iuzzolino, grade 10, son of Michael and Jeanine Iuzzolino of Milford.
Victoria Depew, grade 11, daughter of Sharon Depew of Milford
Michael Shannon, grade 12, son of Michael and Lauren Shannon of Shohola.
Athlete of the Month:
Carrigan McCormack, grade 11, daughter of Matthew and Kathryn McCormack of Matamoras.
Christopher U’Glay III, grade 12, son of Chris and Kim U’Glay of Milford.
Fine Arts Student of the Month:
Charles McClain, grade 12, son of Kenneth McClain and Stancy Greening of Matamoras.
Career Tech Student of the Month:
Elizabeth Gruodis, grade 12, daughter of Stephanie Gruodis of Milford.
Achievement Award:
Luke Hoffman, grade 12, son of Jim Hoffman of Milford.
