Erin McNeely honored at SUNY Oswego convocation

MILFORD — Erin McNeely of Milford was honored at SUNY Oswego's recent 2016 Honors Convocation, receiving the Robert C. Ziegler '84 Memorial Scholarship.
McNeely is a sophomore studying broadcasting and mass communication at Oswego. She plans to work for the New York Mets franchise or MLB Network.
She is the daughter of Victoria McNeely and Frederick McNeely.
The formal ceremony, complete with a procession of faculty and college officers in full academic regalia, is sponsored each spring at Oswego by Vega, the women's honor society.
The audience included faculty, staff, students and students' family members. SUNY Oswego honored more than 100 students at the ceremony.
