Friends of Library take care of business
Friends of the Pike County Library reported this week that they have 271 members in 2015, so far, and three scheduled trips remaining: October, New York Botanical Garden; November, Sam's Casino, and December, New York City. All spaces are booked, but a call can put you on the waiting list. The Friends reported that book sales for the last six months are $6,663.87. Also at the Oct. 1 annual meeting, Linda Krafinski was named Volunteer of the Year.
