MILFORD — Fran Rosario is carrying on the tradition started by her late husband, Rich, who each fall never failed to deliver an enormous pumpkin to Delaware Valley Elementary School.
The Student Council runs the Great Pumpkin Contest each year to estimate how much the pumpkin weighs. The lucky winner goes home with the pumpkin for Halloween.
