— Samantha Buldo of Dingmans Ferry and Victoria Bednar of Honesdale were among the honored students wearing a gold stole during Misericordia University's 92nd annual commencement ceremony on May 12.
Misericordia recently recognized the academic accomplishments of students who completed the University Honors Program by awarding them each a gold stole at the institution's annual Honors and Awards Ceremony at Lemmond Theater in Walsh Hall.
Buldo majored in speech-language pathology. Bednar majored in chemistry.
The University Honors program requires students to participate in honors sections of their core courses, participate in Honors Exploration Seminars, complete an Honors Capstone project, and achieve a grade point average above 3.25.
