Microplastics study to be presented by Delaware River Basin Commission biologist

Narrowsburg, NY. The Upper Delaware Council (UDC) will host a presentation on a recently completed microplastics study by Jacob Bransky, aquatic biologist at the Delaware River Basin Commission.

The presentation will start at at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 4, at the Upper Delaware Council office, 211 Bridge St., Narrowsburg, N.Y. All are welcome.

The monthly meeting to follow will include a synopsis of minutes from the three standing council committees; status reports from the Delaware River Basin Commission, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, National Park Service, and the UDC executive director; a discussion of old and new business; and public comment.
