Milford Farmers Market opening Sunday
Farm markets. A variety of vendors will be on display starting at 10 a.m.
The Milford Farmers’ Market officially opens for the season on May 12, serving the community with locally grown and produced vegetables, fruits, plants, cheeses, eggs, honey, mushrooms, jams, jellies, breads, artisan baked goods and beverages, crafts and much more.
As in past seasons, the market will be situated each Sunday at 506 Broad Street and runs rain or shine from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Off-street parking is available behind the government buildings; there is no need for customers to park along the street.
Vendors include Wonderland’s Tea Party, Highland Kitchen & Gardens, Caffe Fresco, KellyAnn’s Handcrafted Soaps, Go Goats Milk & Cheese, Silverback Distillery Poconos, Woodworkers (Tiger Customs/Mountain Man Mike), Gourmet Peanut Butter and More, Marley’s Organic Mushrooms and Wild Foods, Jersey Pickles, Kittatinny Mountain Farm, Apple Ridge Farm, Western Pure Provisions, Greenhouse on Greendell, Wolfe Lane CBD, Basket Case NW, ESTROG, Lucchi Family Wine Cellars, Bee Wild Rose, Twin Brook Farms, and more. Just around the corner, on June 1, the Port Jervis Farmers Market will be opening at Hammon and Pike streets. Customers will be able to buy a variety of fresh offerings each Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
