The Milford Matamoras Rotary Club will present the annual Art Ridley Memorial 5K Run & Walk on June 3 at the Delaware Valley High School, 236 Routes 6 & 209 in Milford. The event is in honor of Arthur K. Ridley, a legendary community servant to Milford and the Tri-State area.
The race begins at 9 a.m. Race day registration will run from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. Online Early Bird Registration (before May 30) is $25 for adults and $15 for 19 and under. After May 31, the cost is $30 for adults and $20 for 19 and under.
Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in both male and female divisions in the following categories: up to age 12; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59 and 60+.
Proceeds from the race will benefit programs and services for special needs children in the Pike County area via The Biondo Foundation, Center for Developmental Disabilities (CDD) and GAIT Therapeutic Horseback Riding Center.
