Pick up the Poconos Day set for Sept. 26
Milford. The successful Monroe County event has expanded to Carbon, Pike and Wayne Counties and is scheduled for Sept. 26.

The next Pick Up The Poconos Day is scheduled for Sept. 26.
The event has been a growing success in each of its first two years in Monroe County and is now expanding to Carbon, Pike & Wayne counties. During this ongoing public health crisis, this is one thing we can do to make a difference for our region.
If you would like to sign up or get a group of family or friends to do so, please go to PickUpThePoconos.com to register. The group will work with townships and boroughs to determine which roads/public spaces need cleanup the most! And once they reach the Sept. 12 volunteer sign-up deadline, organizers will assign groups to those predetermined locations across the four counties.
Anyone can help by providing resources, municipal manpower for safety, dumpsters, moral support, anything.
