Volunteers wanted for Route 402 cleanup

The public is welcome to join Pike County Conservation District staff, board members, and partners for a road cleanup along the section of Route 402 in Blooming Grove adopted by the District. The cleanup will take place Oct. 21 at 10 a.m. Volunteers will gather at the District office at 556 Route 402, Hawley.
Those interested in volunteering are asked to register for the event by Thursday, Oct. 17, to ensure that the Conservation District brings an adequate number of supplies for the job. Call 570-226-8220 or email emansfield@pikepa.org to RSVP.
