Winter Wanders Nature Camp at Lacawac

LAKE ARIEL — Give a child the gift of knowledge and adventure at Lacawac's Winter Nature Camp.
Campers will have the opportunity to learn how the living things at Lacawac Sanctuary survive the winter while having fun in the great outdoors.
Winter is a wonderful time for play. Kids bundle up for a hike through the snow looking for signs of life, play cooperative games with winter themes, and warm up with cocoa and interactive projects and crafts.
The camp, which is for ages 7 to 10, will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 27 and 28. It costs $75, or $40 per day.
Lacawac Sanctuary is located at 94 Sanctuary Road in Lake Ariel.
