Medical office begins expansion

Geisinger and Bon Secours hospitals’ specialists to occupy new spaces DINGMAN FERRY — A groundbreaking ceremony for the Dingmans Medical Health Center was held on Aug. 26 at the future site of the new expanded multi-care clinic on state Route 739 in Dingmans Ferry. The ceremony marked the beginning of a construction project for the expansion of the Multi-care primary care and specialty Clinic. The single story 8,125 square -foot medical office building also will house Specialists from Geisinger Hospital, Bon Secours Hospital, Internal Medicine, Pediatric, Podiatry, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Psychiatry, OB-GYN, General Dentistry, Weight Management, Sonogram /Echo Cardiogram, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Acupuncture, Trigger Point Medical Massage, Pharmacy, LabCorp & Quest draw station along with Research Center. Dingmans Medical also is in talks with several major hospitals from New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey areas to offer session lease space to professionals/specialists specializing in Dermatology, Rheumatology, Oncology, Pain Management, Chiropractic, Radiology and Urology. “The groundbreaking marks a truly momentous day for Dingmans Medical Health Center, Pike County and the entire community,” says Dr. Raj Dalavai, Dalavai Group of Companies CEO & Chairman. “It will allow us to create a new health care experience for patients, families, staff and visitors.” “A multi-specialty clinic is what we needed in Pike County under one roof, We are pleased to be breaking ground on this state -of-the art medical office building that will be the base for top-notch doctors here in Pike County, this office will play an important role in bringing much needed quality healthcare to the community.” says Dr. Lisa Pathak, Medical Director, Dingmans Medical.
