of Judge Joseph Kameen On Nov. 3, defendents who had pleaded guilty on August 18, were sentenced by the court and included: Allen Hiemenz, 18, of Shohola, who was charged in June for Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief, two counts of Harrassment, and the purchase, consumption and possession of intoxicating beverages, was sentenced to one year of probation, a 90-day suspension of his driver’s license and $1,300 in fines. Michael Heinrich, 35, of Milford, was charged with Driving Under the Influence in January and was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail, to lose his drivers license for one year and pay a $2,000 fine. Franklin Guth, 40, of Tafton, was charged as a habitual offender, Driving while his License was suspended, in December of 2004, was sentenced to serve four to 12 months in the Pike County Jail, suspension of his license for seven years and to pay a $1,000 fine. Richard Gunstone, 70, of Bushkill, was charged Possession with Intent to Deliver, in March, and was sentenced to serve 15 months to five years, less one day, in the Pike County Jail, and pay an $800 fine. Leslie Storms, 22, of Port Jervis, was charged with Retail Theft in March, and was sentenced to probation for 18 months and to pay a $200 fine. Martina Cummings, 41, of Matamoras, was charged as an Accessory to Fraud, and Theft by Failure to make required disposition of Funds in June and July of 2004, and was sentenced to serve five months to two years in the Pike County Jail and pay a $1,000 fine. Margery Conklin, 47, of Port Jervis, was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Flight to Elude Police, Reckless Driving and speeding in May, and was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail, probation for six months, suspension of her drivers license for one year and ordered to pay a $1,535 fine. Robert Molina, 25, of Greentown, was charged with several burglaries in March and was sentenced to serve seven and a half to 23 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $500 fine. Peter O’Rourke, 38, of Milford had pleaded guilty on August 26, to a June charge of Simple Assault and was sentenced to serve one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $1,500 fine. James Ciriello, 29, of Union City, NJ, had pleaded guilty to April charges of Theft and Criminal Mischief on August 11, and was sentenced to served two to 36 months in the Pike County Jail and pay an $800 fine.
