Pike County DA’s Office launches ‘CrimeWatch’ website
Milford. The website will provide press releases and other announcements.

Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin announced the District Attorney’s Office has joined together with other county law enforcement agencies to launch Crimewatch in Pike County.
The District Attorney’s Office described the website as “a major step forward in providing valuable information to the community, as well as empowering citizens to help prevent crime.” Through the website, people can report crimes, submit tips, and find information about recent incidents and future community events. Residents can also utilize the platform for registering cameras and remaining informed about public safety concerns in their community.
The website was developed in partnership with CRIMEWATCH Technologies and is part of the CRIMEWATCH Network.
Tonkin said, “We are excited to launch this new platform, which we believe will be an invaluable resource for our community. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for people to stay informed and to play an active role in preventing crime in our area. We believe that this website will help us to achieve that goal.” Tonkin also said he believes it will be a step forward in combatting online child exploitation and drug trafficking in the county by enabling citizens to submit tips directly to his office.
