An 18-year-old male from Huguenot, N.Y. was arrested at headquarters and charged with Unlawfully Dealing with A Child 1, a misdemeanor and Possession of Alcohol Underage. May 3 A 17-year-old Port Jervis male was arrested on West Main Street and charged with Unlawful Fleeing Police and Reckless Driving, both misdemeanors. May 5 Elias Carrasquillo, age 39 of Orange Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Pike Street and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3, a misdemeanor.
