WESTFALL - The “easy button” is now that much closer with the opening of Staples this past week in Westfall. The new store held “neighborhood night” last Thursday. Customers were greeted with free refreshments followed by the raffling off of a gift basket and two gift cards. Customers also watched the unique “ribbon shredding” ceremony which made official the opening of the store. Store general manager, Jake Gruver, said that Staples is “dedicated to help businesses succeed” as well as the community at large. He added that all of the employees live locally and are “constantly working to make Staples better”. Gruver concluded in saying that despite Staples hundreds of locations worldwide, this store “is the most important”. The new store is located between Wal-Mart and Lowes on Route 6/209.
